Spain ELIVO 0.0 Deluxe White 750ml (Halal)

The Elivo Group’s deluxe wines originates from Spain. where all non-alcoholic products are certified with Spain’s Halal Institute requirements. Please see the attached certificate photo.

Although Group Elivo is most famous for producing wide range of Health wines, it is also well known for its DELUXE range of White Red Rose and Sparkling too; all being available right here. Their own Vineyards and high standard Winery is one of the most largest in Spain.

The Deluxe Wines are both Halal & Vegan certified. Sparkling is Halal certified and Vegan friendly.

The product longevity is three years from the date of bottling. Should be stored at room temperature and in sealed bottles. Once opened, the product longevity is 3 days and should be kept refrigerated.

Deluxe Red – A wonderful bottle of very fruity and rich flavours. The nose enjoys sweet aromas with heavy hints of Cabernet variety and a final scent of Coffee.  It is great with a slight chill at 14-16C!   A medium pleasant aftertaste with lots of Oak, red-fruit retronasal. Excellent for BBQ meats, smoky spread, sautéed mushrooms and tomato based dishes. Nutrition per 100ml – Carbo 2.4 gr and Calorie 12 kcal, and polyphenols 0.3%.

Deluxe White – This wine is bound to not just quench your thirst, but also welcome serenity into you.  It is well balanced, elegant and sweet on the palate. Aromas of mango and melon are paired with a subtle note of smoke and fresh-cut grass. Initial flavours of orange peel are followed by a crisp aftertaste replete with ripened fruit.  Ideally paired with lighter meats, fish and seafood. Best served 8C chilled to go with soft and semi-hard cheeses.

Sparkling Rose – An excellent aperitif that pairs well with all styles of cuisine. It has scents of berries that lead way to a soft mouthfeel of strawberries. Best served at 8C ice chilled. Nutrition per 100ml – Carbo 1.1.gr and Calorie 10 kcal.

Sparkling White –  Yellow, straw-coloured with fine bubbles that form a good crown on your glass.  Sweet and fruity aromas of apple and citrus fruits to your nose. On the palate, it is smooth and light, leaving hints of nuts. Best served at 8C ice chilled.
